Ice Qube, Inc offers an elevated standard level of commitment to our cooling systems. We have contracted with Siemens Building Technologies to provide on-site service for our cooling systems.

This service applies to all Ice Qube cooling systems at no additional charge during the warranty period.*

This on-site service will work in conjunction with our in-house technical staff to provide a resolution to any questions or problems you may encounter. The on-site service is for warranty work, and will be available on a post warranty basis to help reduce down time. Unlike competitors who typically remove the unit and take it off-site for repairs, under this program repairs can be made on-site.
