All Ice Qube Enclosure Air Conditioner and cooling solution products come with a ONE YEAR parts and labor warranty. Please contact Ice Qube and speak with technical support to try and resolve any warranty issues. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, field service may be an option or a RMA number will be issued to have your unit returned and repaired. Units will not be accepted without an RMA number.
